Plant your own seeds and take them home, create a garden decoration and investigate a variety plants in the museum's container garden. If you feel really adventurous, wander over to the Tropical House in Gage Park and begin your scavenger hunt for plants and wildlife birds, turtles and fish . The Tropical House is open to the public 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and on weekends, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please note that during busy times, there may be a short, outdoor wait for admittance to this popular museum.
